The review of 2016

On 27 December, I'm in Italy now.
This year, 2016 is amazing turning point of me.
Let me review this year with short sentence.

I joined a project of Japanese big client. And it is really impressive experience for me. In my first impression, it seemed to be a little bit "too big" and "too complicated" for me.
But this project was precious opportunity to give me new point of views.Additonally, project members from both of internal and external are awesome, Thier background is completely different but we were collaborating to the same objective with all our energy.
Finally, it's really good opportunity to think of "company culture and philosophy".I assumed my company is really traditional one and has quite strong culture, but it's not true.I think our employee has the common sense before entering my company. The true company culture is the "new point of view" which everyone learn after working and it overcomes diversity of background.

Of course, I continuously learned a lot from the exisiting projects. And my challenge was how to succeed my project to next person who is in charger of them. It is still my biggest challenge to standardize "my work" and empower our team as organization not individual.

In August, I started to work Dentsu Aegis Network in London. Without any superficial words,it is fantastic opportunity to learn and grow up myself.I met many respectful and lovely colleagues. I really appreciate them to involve me in plenty of projects and let me leave some tasks in spite of my poor English.
In first 3 months, I got excited about everything and everyday is for learning.
After that, I strongly try to figure out how to contribute the project. My English skill is not so good that I have to fill the gap of language with my another skill.Hopefully, my visualization and analytics knowledgel clarified where to contribute.
But I'm struggling with how to show these skill and how to overcome my dificulta of my language comunicación. I guess it will continue until the end of my challenge. It's such a huge gap, and completely above my assumption.

Anyway, I really appreciate everyone who works and plays with me.
I hope you guys have great 2016 and please let me keep in close touch in 2017 as well!

I wrote this diary in 30 minutes and there are plenty of mistakes and misspell.
It's because Italian Keyboard automatically refine my spelling....

I will rewrite them after I'm back to the U.K.
