The beginning of 2018 - what I am thinking

After very condensed Japanese trip, I started to work on 3rd January.
Today, I have 5 hours session about my top priority project.Just to record my thoughts, I articulate my learning in 2017 and actions in 2018.

LEARNING

• Figure out where we are and where we go before get cracking on.
• Ask what you can't know after googling it.

ACTIONS
STOP

• Complete something by myself.Don't be perfect.

START

• Start to think long-term and short-term balance.
• Make my proposition accurate. I should be the data guy who is not difficult to monetise from advertising agency perspective.
• Always aim to blue ocean. But need to figure out there is accurate market demand.

KEEP

• Be flexible for new environment, new methods and new organisation.
• Be independent but cooperative.
• Be Agile.Fail quickly. Create a bunch of shit. But it is alright if I recover from that quickly.

I will write them in more detail in Japanese as well by the end of month.(hopefully)
