The most important advice to Sloan Fellows

"Find a great female 1 on 1 mentor if you are male. Vice versa."

Great mentors ask the right questions and assess your decisions. Also, you are very authentic and honest in front of those mentors.

It would be peer group. (Other female CEO in Boston etc)

Coffee chat/Open conversation

CEO would have a lot of opportunities to talk with employees directly. They would bring a lot of complaints. Then, she set one simple but rigorous rule. "Don't come to me only with problems, please bring your solution. "

Challenge in ESG investment

There are two major problems.

• Lack of clear definition
• Difference of regulations in each area 

In the latter point, understandable example is that the US adopts single materiality, but EU adopts double materiality.
