Possible agenda for pitch

Normally, pitch can be 5-7 mins, but you may need to deliver a shorter presentation like elevator pitch. Then, you need to focus on couple of topics as follows.

 

  1. Tell a story - make a connection
    • Be very specific and personal. Don't be generous.
    • user or buyer persona is a great place to start.
    • Highlight urgency, desired & possible state, value proposition
  2. Introduction - company name, logo, tagline
    • Focus on benefits
    • Differentiate you from alternatives
    • Make it very visual
    • three key points
  3. Target customer, pain
    • Who, why, why now, who pays
  4. TAM/ROI/Why does this matter
  5. Your solution
    • use visuals(What)
    • Pricing(How much)
  6. Competitive positioning/ advantage
    • 2x2 chart
  7. Buying process/ GTM strategy / Business model
    • COCA, market penetration
    • LTV, business model, pricing assumption
  8. Financials
    • Units installed
    • Costs
    • Key milestones
    • Value of company estimation
  9. Team
    • Team members
    • Roles and qualification
    • Future growth plan
  10. Summary and "ask"
    • How much are you asking them for?
    • What are the possible exists?
    • returns
