Data Science, global business, management and MBA

Day 55 in MIT Sloan Fellows Class 2023, Learning from our cohort 5, Japanese vulnerability

When we, Japanese students, are in the classroom, I can find a lot of vulnerabilities of our cohorts of course including me.

We are good at resolving "given" questions, challenges, problems and leveraging the "given" environments. It is a consequence of education. If you violate this and require more, it would be impolite.

However, the actual business world is a cycle of uncertain situations.

So, what kind of MBA students is truly remarkable?

One professor said someone is always being out of the classroom("given" environment) and ignoring grades but exploring the truly precious opportunity in the MBA network or with the school network.

Redefine "given" environment and leverage whatever it is in your hand.

It would be the most important thing for me to change my life.
