Day 2 in MIT Sloan Fellows Class 2023

For Day2, we visited a huge playground and enjoyed some fieldwork.

We practised many reflections like, "who really influenced us in my life?" "What is our core value?" "Why does it matter to you" "When it was tested?" etc...

We clarified more through conversations and others' ideas. For example, my value is "follow curiosity" in my case. However, I reiterate this word in "Enjoy uncertainty" and "Follow my curiosity with my resilience".

We also learned the power of connection. Everyone understands completely different things from the exact same information. That's why clear communication matters. Through many games and exercises, we learned openness empowers better strategy and clear consensus would be a key to the better operation.

What I really like about this program is we can observe dynamics to broaden our consensus from a very small team(5-6ish) to a larger team(20-25). Experimental mindsets, collaborative attitudes, and strategic thinking, everything is important.

Also, through the game, we learned a significant gap between strategy and execution. Strategic thinking is a great concept but against uncertain and unprecedented problems, we need to give more weight to experiment.
