Day 20 in MIT Sloan Fellows Class 2023, Self-reflection-1

One month passed after joining MIT Sloan Fellows in the class of 2023. 

We have enjoyed a lot of joyful moments and conflicts in private and study groups.

I recommend an MBA because you can find the best benchmark for your strengths and weaknesses in each activity. (It is not necessarily from study work. You can reflect yourself in a bunch of parties as well)

My advantages

• Agileness to move forward
• Open mind to ask questions, hear opposed opinions, and share my views.
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Some of the technical skillsets

That's what I am probably proud of. 

There are some reasons. I developed my career in digital marketing, and this industry embraces experiments. So, I admire this culture. 

Compared to elites from other industries, I put more weight on experiments. No conservative mindset in there.  

My weakness

• Leadership to motivate and empower everyone
• Supporting mindset to embrace others' opinions
• Weak ability to deliver messages
• Lack of consistent efforts in my responsibility

After spending some days with our cohorts, I found these as my relative weakness.

I want to enhance my strengths and compensate for my weakness in the next 11 months.
