Background

She is from a bank in Taiwan. I remember the first time we talked in the orientation period. She said what matters most to her. Integrity.

Credibility

She does not talk a lot and interrupts other people. However, she has a belief and prepares a lot before our meeting. Her behavior actually describes everything about her. Her strong commitment to contributing to team and passion to realize her commitment are amazing. 

Essential player

Without her, we certainly failed some assignments. In DMD, the only person who actually built a model on excel is her. Others actually developed a logic on her model and I got cracking on coding. 

Her dedication saved our study team and I really want to give her a big appraise!
